Each server is a KVM virtual machine with its own kernel and reserved memory. vCPUs are shared cores on the host with fair scheduling, which is why Linux and Windows plans list them as shared vCPU. Storage is enterprise disk on hardware RAID, so a single drive failure does not take a server down. Dedicated servers and private cloud are available on quotation when you need reserved hardware.

Yes. It lists every check, its result and what was changed, and we can re-run it after major changes. It is evidence you can hand to auditors and customers; it is not a certification of your application.

Linux plans: Ubuntu LTS, Debian, Rocky Linux and AlmaLinux. Windows plans: Windows Server, either with your own licence (BYOL) or unlicensed for you to activate. Custom ISOs are supported on request.

Yes. Root on Linux, Administrator on Windows, plus a browser-based console that works even when the network stack is down. The hardening baseline restricts defaults - it does not restrict you.

Yes. Custom ISOs and disk images are supported on request. The hardening baseline is skipped for custom images and the report says so, so you know exactly what state the server is in.

Minecraft servers include backups you take and restore from the game panel - one on a free trial, three on a paid plan. Automatic backups are not yet offered on VPS plans, so keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Not a numeric one. We run the platform ourselves and announce scheduled maintenance at least 72 hours ahead, but we do not currently offer an uptime SLA or service credits. If you need a contractual uptime commitment, talk to us before you order.

We announce it 72 hours ahead, schedule it outside IST business hours, and live-migrate servers to another host where possible so most maintenance involves no downtime at all.

Vanilla Java Edition, Paper or Spigot with plugins, and Forge or Fabric modpacks. Heavy modpacks belong on the Max plan and are subject to a test run before we confirm the plan fits.

Terraria, Valheim, CS2, Rust and Palworld are quoted after we test each game's CPU, RAM and storage needs, so the price reflects what the server actually uses.

Yes - bot hosting starts at ₹149 a month in a small container with limited resources, which is usually plenty for a bot. If it outgrows that, it moves to a Linux plan.

Monthly billing in INR with a GST invoice and no minimum term. One-time setup fees, Windows Server licences and application licences are listed separately where they apply.

Yes. Move up or down a plan at any time; CPU and RAM change on the next reboot and storage can grow. The difference is pro-rated on your next invoice.

Nothing is cut off. We let you know when you approach the allowance and agree either a move to the next plan or an additional block of transfer before anything changes on your bill.
