The deal, in plain words.
These terms apply to every nxsvs account and service. By creating an account you agree to them. Version 2026-09-20.
1. The service
nxsvs, operated by NexusSec, Navi Mumbai, provides virtual servers (Linux and Windows), Minecraft and other game-server hosting, bot hosting and related managed services, hosted in India. Plan specifications and prices are listed on the Plans page and may change for new orders; existing services keep their price until we give 30 days' notice.
2. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate details. Business accounts should use a business email address where possible.
- New accounts are reviewed and approved by our team before they can order. We may decline an account without giving a reason.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use nxsvs services to: host or distribute illegal content; send spam or unsolicited bulk mail; attack, scan or disrupt other systems; mine cryptocurrency; run proxies or VPN exits for third parties without our written agreement; infringe copyright, trademarks or licences (including running Windows Server without a valid licence); or store personal data of others without a lawful basis. Game servers must follow the game publisher's terms. We may suspend a service immediately to stop abuse and will tell you why.
4. Your responsibilities
- Your applications, data and users are your responsibility. We harden the operating system, but you must keep your own applications updated and keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
- Requests to open firewall ports, reinstall or cancel a service are made through the portal and actioned by our engineers; confirm you have backups before requesting a reinstall.
- Windows Server and business application licences are yours to provide (BYOL) unless our quotation says otherwise.
5. Billing
- Services are billed monthly in INR with a GST invoice, in advance, with no minimum term unless a quotation says otherwise. One-time setup fees are stated on the Plans page.
- Invoices are due within 7 days. Unpaid services may be suspended after a reminder and deleted 14 days after suspension.
- Cancel from the portal at any time; the service runs until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires.
6. Uptime and support
We work to keep the service available, but we do not currently offer a numeric uptime commitment or service credits. Planned maintenance is announced at least 72 hours ahead. Support is available through the portal, email and WhatsApp; we reply within one business day and prioritise service-affecting problems.
7. Data and privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in the Privacy Notice, which forms part of these terms. Your server contents are yours; we access them only to provide support you requested, to investigate abuse, or when the law requires.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a service for non-payment, breach of these terms, or a legal requirement. You may end a service or your account at any time from the portal. On termination we delete your data according to the retention periods in the Privacy Notice.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fees you paid for that service in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data you did not back up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. General
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms. Questions: [email protected].
